Cancellation Policy

Revive SMP Scheduling, Deposit & Cancellation Policy Consultations - Your first in-house consultation is free - If you cancel or reschedule, a $50 deposit is required to rebook - Applied toward your service if you move forward - Fully refunded if you attend and choose not to proceed Consultation Deposit Rules - Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: deposit is forfeited - 48+ hours’ notice: deposit may be transferred once --- Service Appointments - All service deposits are applied to your final session - All deposits are non-refundable --- Cancellations & Rescheduling - 48+ hours’ notice: no fee - Within 48 hours: $50 fee - Within 24 hours: $100 fee - Weekend appointments (within 24 hours): $150 fee --- No-Shows - Missing your appointment or canceling within 24 hours = deposit is forfeited - A new deposit is required to rebook --- Late Policy (Important) - If you are running late, you must contact us - If you are 30+ minutes late without communication, your appointment will be canceled - If we reach out and receive no response, the appointment will also be canceled after 30 minutes - This will be treated as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited --- Weekend Policy - Weekend appointments are in high demand - No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in full deposit forfeiture and require a new deposit to rebook --- Deposit Expiration - All deposits are valid for 60 days only - After 60 days, deposits are forfeited --- We respect your time and ask for the same in return. These policies allow us to serve all clients efficiently and fairly.
