Cancellation Policy

Revive SMP Scheduling, Deposit & Cancellation Policy At Revive SMP, we offer a free in-house consultation for your first booking. If a consultation is canceled or rescheduled for any reason, a $50 refundable deposit will be required to rebook. - If you attend your consultation and choose to move forward, the deposit will be applied toward your service. - If you attend and choose not to proceed, the deposit will be fully refunded. Consultation Deposit Policy: - No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours: deposit becomes non-refundable - 48+ hours’ notice: deposit may be transferred to a new appointment --- Service Appointment Deposits: - All appointment deposits are applied toward your final session - Deposits are non-refundable Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Within 48 hours: $50 rescheduling fee - Within 24 hours: $100 rescheduling fee - Weekend appointments (within 24 hours): $150 rescheduling fee No-Shows / Late Cancellations: - Within 24 hours: deposit is forfeited - A new deposit is required to rebook Weekend Policy: - No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will result in full deposit forfeiture and require a new deposit to reschedule --- Deposit Expiration: - All deposits are valid for 60 days only - After 60 days, deposits are forfeited with no exceptions --- We value your time and ask that you respect ours as well. These policies allow us to accommodate all clients efficiently and fairly.
