Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy At Revive SMP, we value your time and commitment. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our cancellation policy: 1. No Refunds on Services Booked Payments made for booked services are non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling with Deposits Deposits made for scheduled appointments are non-refundable but can be applied to new or future appointments. 3. In-House Consultation Policy All in-house consultations require a $50 deposit. The $50 deposit is refundable under the following conditions: The appointment is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. The client decides not to proceed with Revive SMP services after the consultation. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. 4. Application of Deposits All deposits will be applied to the services provided or rendered, ensuring your investment is credited toward your treatment. By booking an appointment with Revive SMP, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
