SCHEDULING, DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
All appointments and consultations must be officially confirmed, whether scheduled by phone, text, through our website, or via social media.
If you do not receive confirmation from Revive SMP, the appointment is not considered scheduled.
FREE IN-HOUSE CONSULTATIONS
• Your first in-house consultation is complimentary.
• If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may rebook your consultation at no charge.
• If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show, a $100 deposit is required to book another consultation.
The $100 rebooking deposit:
• Is applied toward your procedure if you move forward with treatment.
• Is fully refunded if you attend the consultation and choose not to move forward.
• Is forfeited if you cancel the rebooked consultation within 24 hours or no-show.
SERVICE APPOINTMENTS
• A deposit is required to reserve service appointments.
• Service deposits are applied toward your final session.
• All service deposits are non-refundable.
SERVICE CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• 48+ hours’ notice: no fee
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: $50 fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: $100 fee
• Weekend appointments canceled within 24 hours: $150 fee
All applicable fees must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.
SERVICE NO-SHOWS
Missing a scheduled service appointment or canceling within 24 hours will result in:
• Forfeiture of your existing deposit
• A new deposit required to rebook
• Any applicable cancellation fee due before scheduling
LATE ARRIVALS
• Please contact us if you are running late.
• Arriving 30+ minutes late without communication may result in cancellation.
• If we contact you and receive no response within 30 minutes, the appointment will be treated as a no-show.
WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS
Weekend appointments are limited and in high demand.
Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $150 fee. No-shows will result in deposit forfeiture and require a new deposit to rebook.
DEPOSIT EXPIRATION
All deposits are valid for 60 days. After 60 days, unused deposits are forfeited.
We reserve dedicated time for every client and ask for the same consideration in return. These policies help us maintain availability and minimize last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
